Guaranteed Prizes are no longer awarded (last eligible drawing #219). Prizes you already won can still be claimed until they expire. The Megapot app shuts down on December 1, 2026; the protocol continues to run. Read Announcement.

Claiming your Guaranteed Prize

Guaranteed Prizes you already won appear on your winnings page. From there, you can view and claim your available rewards until they expire. Ticket purchasing in the Megapot app is no longer available, so new Guaranteed Prizes are not issued. Free-ticket prizes now pay USDC cash, and prizes can no longer be converted into tickets.

Claiming prizes of $1,000 or more

For public transparency reasons, claiming any single prize of $1,000 or more requires either of the following:
  • You must provide permission for Megapot to share your first name, last initial, country, and a picture of your face on our website; or
  • You must post about your win from a verified account, on a platform we designate, with at least 100 followers and at least 1 year of account history.
You must also provide an email address and answer a few questions as part of the claim process. This applies to a single prize of $1,000 or more no matter how you won it (a Guaranteed Prize or a drawing prize), and no matter how many tickets or drawings it took to qualify. Your claim is held until we review it. After you submit, the prize stays on your winnings page marked as awaiting approval. Our team reviews the submission, normally within one business day, and the claim unlocks once it is approved. If a submission is rejected you are told why and can submit again. Celebrated Winners. Approved submissions will be published on our public Celebrated Winners page. Megapot curates that page and is never obligated to publish any win. Entries can be declined, anonymized, or removed at any time. Prizes under $1,000 are not subject to these transparency requirements.

Frequently asked questions

Can Guaranteed Prizes expire?

Yes. Most guaranteed prizes expire in 30 days. Check your winnings page and claim your prizes. Expired prizes show an Expired badge. The Megapot app shuts down on December 1, 2026. Claim any remaining Guaranteed Prizes before then.

What do I need to do to claim a prize of $1,000 or more?

For public transparency reasons, claiming any single prize of $1,000 or more requires either:
  • Permission for Megapot to share your first name, last initial, country, and a picture of your face on our website; or
  • A post about your win from a verified account, on a platform we designate, with at least 100 followers and at least 1 year of account history.
You must also provide an email address and answer a few questions. Your claim is then held for review (normally under a business day) and unlocks once approved. Prizes under $1,000 do not have these requirements.

Do I still need to complete identity verification?

Yes, and it is a separate step. The $500 limit is a lifetime total of the prize winnings you have withdrawn, including the one you are claiming now, and Guaranteed Prize cash counts toward it when you take it out (cash paid to your Megapot wallet counts when you cash out). While your total is $500 or less, you need only a short one-time identity check (legal name, date of birth, country). Once it goes over $500, full verification through Sumsub is required. See [Identity Verification (KYC)](/learn/kyc). A prize of $1,000 or more needs both verification and an approved celebration.

Do Guaranteed Prizes earn referral rewards?

No. When someone you referred receives a Guaranteed Prize, their prize does not generate a referral fee.
Guaranteed Prizes are no longer awarded after drawing #219. Existing prizes remain subject to their original expiry, claim, and identity-verification terms.
