Because Megapot is onchain, refunds are limited. However, we will assist with payment issues when a ticket purchase does not complete successfully.

Eligible for refunds or assistance

We can help complete purchases or issue refunds for failed payment attempts, including:
  • Overpayments or underpayments
  • Bridging or swapping issues
  • Token conversion failures
  • Transactions that did not result in ticket purchases

Not eligible for refunds

  • Successfully purchased tickets (all sales are final)
  • Deposits or wallet top-ups
  • Completed swaps or bridges
  • Purchases or withdrawals blocked or rejected due to KYC or provider compliance decisions

Processing

Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process. All refunds are issued in USDC on Base. Refunds or purchase assistance will only be sent from megapot-refunds.eth (0x9B40b91DF44ee34C918D10EDF6388B703731476b). Megapot will never ask you to send funds to receive a refund.
